最初に属州を獲得したプレイヤーがいるとき、そのターンの後、各プレイヤーはあなたから順に40負債まで1回ずつ入札する。最高入札者は+8 VP、入札した負債を受け取る。

When you are the first player to gain a Province, after that turn, each player bids once, up to 40 Debt, starting with you. High bidder gets +8VP and takes the Debt they bid.
